With your consent, we may also collect fitness and activity data from apps like Apple Health, Google Fit, or HUAWEI Health, including step count, calories burned, and general health-related data, which are used to convert your steps into points when you win in the rankings inside the WalaActive app. Additionally, we collect usage information such as device details, IP address, device name, OS version, app usage patterns, and cookies to help us analyze and improve performance. All collected data is stored securely and retained for a maximum of 3 months from the date of collection, after which it is automatically deleted unless required for legal or operational purposes. You can request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@walaplusapp.com, and once verified, we will delete your data permanently within 30 days.
