1. Introduction
WalaPlus is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable laws, including the KSA e-Commerce Law and Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). This policy provides a clear, transparent, and compliant process for refund and return requests submitted by WalaPlus users.
2. General Conditions
1. No monetary refunds are issued under any circumstances.
2. Refunds, where applicable, are made only in the form of points returned to the user’s wallet.
3. Points earned through company-sponsored programs or cashback are also non-refundable in cash.
4. Requests involving redeemed vouchers or points will not be accepted.
5. Requests must comply with WalaPlus Terms and Conditions.
2. Voucher-Related Issues
If the user encounters an issue with a redeemed voucher:
1. The user must contact WalaPlus support.
2. After verification, the user will receive either:
● A replacement voucher.
● A refund in points to the user’s wallet.
No cash refunds will be issued in these cases.
3. Abuse Prevention
WalaPlus reserves the right to reject any refund requests that are deemed abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant with platform policies. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
4. User Rights and Regulatory Compliance
This policy complies with:
- e-Commerce Law: Ensuring consumer rights in digital transactions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law): User data involved in the refund process will be collected, used, and retained strictly for processing purposes, in accordance with privacy regulations.
- Users may escalate unresolved issues to the Ministry of Commerce – Consumer Protection Department.
5. Data Privacy (PDPL Compliance)
WalaPlus processes personal data submitted during refund requests in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) in Saudi Arabia. User data will only be used for refund validation and processing purposes, stored securely, and retained no longer than necessary. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting DPO@walaplus.com.
6. Customer Support Commitment
All customer inquiries, including concerns related to refunds or voucher issues, are responded to during business hours..
7. Policy Amendments
WalaPlus may revise this policy at its discretion to ensure legal compliance and operational clarity. All updates will be published on the official WalaPlus website, and continued platform use will be deemed as acceptance of the new terms.
