Fahad Alfaridi is a strategic leader in human resources with more than 19 years of experience in leading organizational transformation, developing competencies, and managing human capital in various sectors including food and beverage, aviation, services, contracting, and retail. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing human resources strategies, restructuring processes and policies, developing performance indicators, enhancing employee experience, managing talent, and achieving organizational excellence at the local and regional levels, in addition to being certified as a professional trainer with international certificates in human resources.
