Human Resources and Internal Recruitment Opportunities and Challenges

A discussion session presented by Mr. Amer Ismail, Director of Human Resources Department at Tatweer Educational Technologies, during which he reviewed the concept of internal recruitment as a strategy to mobilize talent within the organization.
